While Cindy was very helpful, we had problems securing a rental car from Enterprise. Also I didn't know my car was ready until I called to inquire. I looked to see if I had been sent an email but had not. The repair was done well but the rental was very problematic.

The work was done to excellent standards of quality, but took much longer than anticipated. The delay was caused by the insurance company dragging their feet on approving the cost, but I was not told this was happening. After I inquired and was told about the problem I called my insurance agent and they took care of it. If Lyk-Nu had called me when there was a problem I would have acted much sooner. Because no one called me the car was at the shop for 27 days rather than the 7 or 8 days I was originally quoted. In the past when Lyk-Nu did work on my wife's car we received progress reports every couple of days. This time I did not receive any reports. If I had received frequent progress reports this time I would have called my insurance company promptly and the delay would have been corrected much sooner.

When I've started it 3 different times it knocks 5-6 times. It did it when I first started it and I immediately turned it off. I got Jerry to start it but it didn't do it for him. Done it 2 more times so far but stopped after s few seconds! I just pray it's not damaging my engine!! Also, it's filthy with dust inside when it was supposed to be detailed!! Worst of all so far, there's an obvious leak in the rear because there are water stains that were NOT there before!! Also, when I was slowing down I could hear a noise in the rear. I'm very **** about going to Florida on Friday. Steve Burton
