They do great work, however the process takes way too long !! My car was there for two weeks, a total of 15 days, 12 working days. I'm not that familiar with auto body work but the car was not that bad, I was driving it ! I know body work is not easy but wow, two weeks was an extraordinary amount of time. I did not have rental coverage either.

Our car looked like new and was even ready ahead of schedule. The text updates were very helpful. Thanks to everyone on the Critchlow team!

First off thank you critchlows for treating my truck as well if not better than i do. The work done on my truck was great. Looks brand new again also not only does critchlows do professional work they got my truck done faster than the due date. I can say if im ever in another accident i will deffinatley bring my vehicles back to them. I love the fact that the employees are nice and trust worthy.
