Car not repaired properly. New paint does not match. Asked for a quote and repair of additional damage and a voicemail was left indicating the repair would be made. When picked car up, was shocked and disappointed repair not made. Took incredibly long time for shoddy repair.

I was completely satisfied with the repairs and the experience exemplified by the service technicians. It took a little while for me to fill out the survey because I was upset about a personal item being broken when my car was returned. I noticed that my grandmother's rosary that I had around my rear-view mirror was broken. All the beads fell onto the floor and I was in complete shock. I understand that I am responsible for all personal items in the car and I signed off on that. I genuinely forgot it was in there as I was cleaning out all my other items from the car. I also know it was an honest mistake done by whoever was in my car. All I wish is that I had been told about the condition of my item before I got into my car and became emotional about it. That would have been an above and beyond customer service move and I might not have felt as terrible. Thank you for all your hard work.
