When the car was initially ready, the paint job was not done well as the replaced pieces were a different shade of white and one fender was still not glossed in one spot. It didn't seem as if someone did a good inspection prior to completion. If I had not told the representative anything, I truly believe I would have been allowed to have left with the car as is. To me, this is not good business for a body shop. If someone brings in a vehicle for repair, it is a minimal expectation that the car comes back looking as it did prior to the collision. The experience made me very skeptical of Service Kings quality of work.

From the young lady who kindly answered the phone when I had to cancel my original appointment, to the young man with Enterprise who removed my kids’ car seats from my damaged car for me, to updates (texts and phone calls) letting me know the status of my vehicle, I could not be more grateful.
