I am delighted by the professional service that was given to me. From the moment I entered the facility I was met by friendly and courteous staff. My service manager, Fred Keh, was very attentive and considerate while giving a thorough explanation of the repair process. I was constantly updated about my repair status and all the work was done two days earlier than projected. I will always speak well of this service King location. The entire staff are first class representatives for this company.

I had a WONDERFUL experience at Service King, from the time I walks in until I came back to pick my car up 7 days later it was great. I received text updates as well as phone calls keeping me abreast of the progress of service, my experience was awesome!

An aftermarket part was put in my car the first time. The workmanship was not good. I pointed that out to them and then when I found out it was an aftermarket part I insisted that that not an original Honda part of the car was that was that the work was fine. The problem with that location is that there is only one person renting the cars and one person handling the insurance for Geico. When I came in there to make a quick quick drop off both individuals were on the phone and I waited 45 minutes. That had a disastrous effect of my office schedule. I liked the other Service King location in Pearland better because they had a lot more staff and it was a lot more accessible than this one. To be fair, if Geico hit authorize the use of a genuine on the part of the beginning my experience with them much better. Still, when I lifted the hood the first time I knew right off at the part just wasn't really made to the same standards as the Honda part and no one should've signed off on that work.

Fred was the complete best service tech I ever had, there has been two times I have come to this location they are so nice and very very helpful and keeping my car in and out. He really went out his way to fix my car I got it faster than expected the guy in the back stayed over night to finish my car and that just meant the world to me! I appreciate everything the service I would definitely recommend anyone here ! And we'll if I do ever need service this will be my place

I can't explain how pleased I am with the service I received at Service King! It truly made a bad situation (car wreck) an enjoyable experience because everything they do is seamless. They make everything super easy although I'm certain their job isn't without difficulty! Everyone was super friendly, and informative. I know my words don't do any justice in explaining how pleased I am! Thank you so much! I wish more businesses were this good!

Only suggestion was I was told 2 days then I got text with it being 4 days so I kind of prepared for that. Then it ended up being only 2. However everything was great!
