We have referred our concerns to our Geico adjuster. We noticed the alignment was not done correctly. It pulls to the left. There is a squeaking sound on the right side when driving. And there is grinding/rubbing sound when turning left. The air conditioning isn't cooling properly. There is a smell that smells like something is hot. Cannot express how frustrated I am. Utterly disappointed and disgusted that after you've had my car for a month, that this is what is returned to me. Erin has been great with the twists and turns we've had, the body work looks good so far, but the repair work is not acceptable. Do not feel safe in it

My car was unclean and had been driven it was a brand new car and known one had ever road in it before just got it in December 2016 . When I had it brought in it only had 3,278 miles when I got it back it had 3,756 miles. I only drive it three days a week to work and to market up to street from my house. Even the truck was dirty. I purchased this car for my retirement car and wanted to be the only one putting miles on it. Wow and this was classic. They had not put the fixture on it good thing I gave it a good look before I pull off.

Thank you for making a difficult situation easier to get through. My time was valued, as evident with the timeliness in which my appointment time was held. Within moments of turning in my paperwork, I was introduced to the claims agent and the **** was rolling. There was zero wait time for me. The convenience of getting right into a rental car was extremely appreciated. I was kept abreast of every step of the process with constant communication from the claims agent and Erin at the front desk. Picking up my car was just as easy. Thank you for such a pleasant experience. It is obvious that you truly value your customers.

Actual charges were 3x estimate in cost and pick/up deayed by 3 working days. Understand parts supply is beyond your control but 3 day delay was very frustrating.
