I just sent you a text about this. You got a car that was full of gas and I got a car that wasn't. I had just filled it up before the accident. When I saw the car last week I noticed a **** stain on the back seat armrest. I asked if that would be cleaned and I was told it would. It was not there when you got the car. It was not cleaned. No one walked me to my car and went over it with me. I was just given my keys and shown the door. These are things that should have been gone over with one of your employees before the car was released.

I was told my car would take a week to a week and a half. It took three weeks. When I finally picked it up my car was on E. Fine, I proceeded to pump gas. Once I started driving I realized both side mirrors didn't work. I called it in and was told I was gonna be called when the part came in. A day after I realized there is no liquid for the windshield. Not only did my car take three times as long to get fixed but when I finally did pick it up it wasn't even fully working! I am not satisfied at all with this service.

You guys are amazing. Since I wasn't at fault, I did not pay for anything. But beside the price, everything else ran smoothly. Friendly service, explained things clearly, and kept me in the loop. The best part is, the area fixed is looking good. Also my car is so clean. Just like when I got it the first day. I wish I could just bring my car monthly so you guys could clean it like this.
