From start to finish Roman was amazing! He was very attentive and made sure to fill me in on everything. This was my first car repair and was frightening to me but the whole staff put me at ease! I called in once to check if the parts were there and the receptionist was super sweet and was able to answer my questions while Roman was on the phone with another customer. That really meant a lot to me because she easily could have said it wasn’t her job. The shuttle service was also amazing! I wasn’t able to drive my car home but the shuttle driver made sure I got home safe. Even the scheduling person that called me and got me in 30 minutes after I got off the phone with him. It was just an amazing experience start-to-finish. Everyone was happy and friendly and it really put me at ease! My car is my baby and she was in good hands with you guys! I can’t thank you enough!

Solid communications from Travis, terrific customer service regarding the pick-up/drop-off of the Hertz rental car, excellent repair work completed by the promised delivery date, and returning the vehicle in a newly-clean/vacuumed condition.
