Fred Beans made my repair experience very easy and stress-free. They worked with Enterprise Car rental and took care of making sure I had a car waiting for me at drop off and make sure Enterprise knew when I brought their car back. Also, a man that worked at Fred Beans was a life saver to me and helped me install my carseats when I was unsure how to do that properly (my husband always installs them and he was not with me at the time). The repair itself was perfect! It looks great! And I was happily surprised that they they even washed my whole car before pickup. Communication was also great. I appreciated the email updates about the status of my car repair. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Fred Beans! Thank you!

Tremendous experience with Fred Bean's Collision Center. Unlike any other body shop that I have dealt with. I really liked the updates about the progress of my vehicle. Will highly recommend.

Ordering the parts took entirely too long was able to get better shipping times from other centers. Did not appreciate having been told 3 different completion dates. Also did not like having to come back to fix an issue as simple as a popped fused causing my engine to overheat. Small oversights like that could have caused me quite some serious trouble if I did it catch onto the problem myself. The quality of the clean on my car was it well done for a center that offers car detailing on the side. Why streaks in my windows and mud on my tires and wheels well is acceptable is beyond me. Will not be recommending friends or coworkers with car problems to ever use this center. Especially during this time with all the unfortunate hail damage victims.
