The entire staff is kind, courteous and helpful. Makes for a pleasant experience throughout the process. It's clear Uptown Body cares about its customers. After I drove my newly repaired auto home, I did notice a few small scratches on my trunk that weren't there prior to bringing in my vehicle, but it was after 5 when I noticed this, and I was on my way out of town (through Aug 6). Is this something that can be corrected upon my return? I tried using the small can of paint kindly given to me at check-out but my skills are below par! Thanks in advance for letting me know if this can be repaired? ~Cynthia N

This is the second time I’ve been asked to complete a customer satisfaction survey on the same repair job. I was happy to fill it out the first time, but sending me another survey 3 weeks later, after I completed it quite thoroughly and submitted it the first time around (something I rarely ever do with these surveys in the first place), is kind of annoying.

We had many issues with our experience there. So many times we waited for a call back that was promised but never happened, Many times the repair took longer than promised but we were never informed along the way. I can't imagine coming back to Uptown.

My experience from the time I first called through the completion of the repairs was superb in all aspects. And when I came in with my car they asked if I could wait about 30 minutes as they could do the whole repair while I waited. And during that time, several times I was asked if I would like a coffee, tea or water. It felt like I was a guest in someone’s home. From start to finish, a totally excellent and satisfying experience.

The entire experience of working with your staff was fantastic. I worked with Steve who was courteous, communicative, and thorough. When you uncovered some additional work that needed to be done, Steve contacted my insurance directly and had it approved. The quality of the workmanship on my vehicle was exceptionally good and I will definitely recommend your shop to anyone who needs bodywork done. Thanks.
