Thank you SO much for taking Covid-19 crisis so seriously. People have no idea how important this is and I appreciate your efforts to keep your customers safe despite the hassle. I wish all businesses were so sensitive to safety - but then again - look at Subaru & [LOVE] all the safety features other cars are just trying to catch up to. Why would we expect anything less? :-) The work was done well, friendliness & professionalism of employees was great and the only suggestion I might have would be to offer "loaner cars" rather than having to rent. CarStar was very good about keeping in touch with me as they progressed with the repairs. And they were clear about the time frame involved. And when there was a distinct possibility it would be an extra day before I got my car back, they made a special effort to get it to me on the original day promised. On top of all that, the car looks great. I'm very happy to be back in my Subaru, and very pleased with the job done.
