Upon inspection of my car on the day I was picking it up, I was not happy with the fit and finish. The fender needed to be adjusted. I had to come back the following day to pick up my car. Then when I got home, I noticed that the deer fur was still in the wheel. The wheel was supposed to be removed and the tire taken off to remove the deer fur. It was obvious that it was not done. I sent an email with a picture to Joe Chubb, but I never heard back from him. I'm still not 100 percent happy with the fit and finish of the repaired fender.

For the repair I don't have any problems was really good, but I can say is difficult make one appointment, the lady in the front desk is not good, she just give the Keys and one envelope, nobody tell me nothing else, but you repair my car in 9 days this is really good. Thanks

My contact for the repair (Jim) was in contact with me often to update me on the status of my repair. Unfortunately due to Covid, one part was outstanding. Jim kept checking all over the country to try and get the part from another shop or junk yard. He even put me in contact with Ford customer service to escalate the request. The part finally came in 3.5 months after my car was at Carstar for service. I only wish that Ford would start up manufacturing of their parts here in the USA so that the delay would not be so long.

James Toth did a reasonable job of keeping me informed weekly of the status of the vehicle, analysis, estimate, tear-down, parts acquisition & arrival, and repair. Completion seemed to take forever; but, tiny accidents are no longer tiny, insurance companies no longer rush the job, and we have COVID-19 getting in the way of EVERYTHING.
