Our service rep forgot to order the parts for our repair. We were waiting to hear when the parts were in. We had to make an inquiry. Then when the repair was made there were still parts missing and we had to wait an additional day. Otherwise we were quite satisfied.

The repairs and the people helping me were wonderful, waiting 18 days for the repairs seemed long my only complaint is the texts saying my car was done when it wasntok stuff happens but this happened twice. That’s my only issue.
