The right side of the bumper has a wider space then the left side. I was so excited when I got to pick it up on Friday that I did not notice. I paid extra to have Toyota parts installed because I was worried that after market parts wouldn't fit properly. Thank you.

Hector was awesome! Great job by everyone.

The door jam has an orange peel texture instead of being smooth. Inside the trunk area was caulked very poorly and looks very sloppy. When the rear window was installed there was way to much glue used you can see it from the outside and it looks very messy. I was wiping down my rear window on the inside and I also noticed all the excess glue leaked inside onto the upholstery. My rear bumper isn't aligned like a stock unit, there is about a ****/4 inch gap that you can see once the trunk is opened. Also several screws came loose in the trunk area that I had to reinstall. I was told that my car will look 100% stock once you guys were done and it's obvious that it has been in a collision. Considering that you guys are a big name professional body shop I expected a much better job. For a positive note, George was very friendly and helpful the entire process. I am very satisfied with the customer service that was provided but very disappointed in the end result. It looks as if the body worker was rushing the entire way through the repair. -James

My truck was not repaired to factory standards. There are numerous issues that I have already found in driving it less than **** minute. Your company had my truck for 2 and a half months which was ample time to ensure that the vehicle was perfect before returning it to me. Additionally there are certain items that were not replaced with the same parts that it went to your shop with. I could not be more dissatisfied with the quality and care that was taken into consideration on my vehicle. I will never take another vehicle to your company and will recommend to everyone that I know that they heed my warnings and not bring their business to your company as well.
