Was told my car was ready and found some work that was not completed per the estimate plus the two people I interfaced with at the beginning of the process were no longer with the company complicating things. I had a revised estimate with new things added and the car was repaired with the original estimate. I had to email the revised estimate to the new associate handling my claim. Once the vehicle was completed I was satisfied with the work done.

I thought since they were painting the hood, they would have polished out the big scratch, not just paint over it. That's what I would have done. It would have just taken 5 minutes or so. But, okay.

I didn't think they did what they said they were going to do. They said they were taking the whole bumper off and repainting the whole thing but they only repainted half. They took it back in and touched up the other half and we compromised on that. I left thinking next time I have work done I need to be very thorough on what I expect. The car means a lot to me and I expect the worker to think it means a lot to him also. Maybe my expectations are high but that was the most expensive car I've bought.
