We were told our car would take 3 to 4 days to complete. It actually took 6. I also don't feel like the door that was replaced shuts well. We were NOT satisfied with the service we received from Greenway Auto Body.

We appreciate the update text and emails. It kept us from wondering what the status of our car was. I have a question I have another Chevy Malibu 2004. If I send pictures of the front end where it was wrecked could you give me a rough estimate or do you need to see the car?

Only problem was the timeframe, I was told it would take about 4 days. I brought my van in on October 27th and picked it up on November 9th, a little more than 4 days.

I appreciated my car getting done ahead of schedule, you couldn't tell I was in an accident, and they detailed the interior, too. Dealing with my insurance company also made it a smooth transaction.

Car took longer than estimated. I never received text messages on my progress like I was told I would. I gave them my cell number to use and they didn't take my number down. I was told I needed to go back for another part to be attached to my vehicle that would only take 15 min but it turned out to be an hour. Just became very inconvenient with my work schedule. Other than that everyone I spoke tio was very kind and helpful when they could be.
