You had my vehicle for 3 weeks to complete repairs, ample time to ensure repairs are completed, but, on the day that my vehicle was supposed to be completed, it turns out you hadn't even ordered one of the necessary parts. So, I receive a call only an hour before my vehicle is scheduled to be picked up, saying you are missing a part, and it will be another day. Then, the next day, I am told you received the wrong part and must order it again, extending the time yet another day. And then, the next day when I pick my vehicle up, you haven't even reconnected the rear-view camera, so I must bring it back yet again to complete the work you've had 3 weeks to complete. Very dissatisfied.
