My wife and I were particularly impressed with the personal service that Blake's Gus Parra provided us.
We were very nervous about leaving our vehicle and the unknown amount of work required to restore the vehicle. Gus spent much of his valuable time explaining what Blake's would do in the restoration process, and how Blake's would coordinate repairs with Novato Toyota and other service partners. He also managed to calm us down and make us comfortable with the lengthy repair process. Gus provided us updates at least twice a week. He answered every question we had. He was an advocate. I have already talked to Mason about our dissatisfaction with the repair/paint job. I understand we all make mistakes, but overlooking the poor paint job makes us wonder about your quality review program. In the last 10 -15 years we have had our cars accident repairs done at your company 3 - 4 times and always done to our satisfaction in the past. This time your guys dropped the **** and hopefully it won't happen again to us. We all make mistakes but the shoddy paint job should of been caught. Mason has apologized, and we accept that, but my wife is not happy having to bring her car back in two weeks for a do over on her car.
