I must say, I was really happy with my finished product on my vehicle, and a special Thanks to Mike for making it happen.
My issue here has to be with getting to the point of getting the manager involved to help the process finish.
When you have to get the manger involved in my eyes isn't where this process isn't going in a positive direction, in this case no communication from your team on letting me know where we were in the process, not once in a week did I get a phone call from you, and I waited till Thursday to bother you about my vehicle. Easily corrected but for me it was frustrating.
Again though I would give you another shot because even though it was a little trying at the end I'm still happy with how my truck finished out. Thank You John B
