I would like to say that Blake's has been my repair facility for many years. And I am very impressed with the recent repairs on my vehicle. Jose and Josh kept me informed through the entire process. The repairs were completed before the scheduled time and they brought my vehicle to my job (**** Mile), I signed documents and they took the rental car from me.
My overall experience with Blake's was "Outstanding", I will continue recommending my friends, clients and family.

You went ahead and did work without getting my approval for that estimate, your managers condescending, my electric car had 4 miles on it somebody took it for a joyride ( and I was an hour and a half late for work because I had to charge it )and there was a lighter in the backseat ,I don’t smoke and no one’s ever been in the backseat and the list goes on I was furious the day I picked up my car and I would never recommend your company . I even had to take the label off my key ring and the dirty paper from your workers sitting on my seats out. Unbelievable.
And now to top it off you’re asking if I was satisfied with the work that was done
