When we came to pick up the car, the body work was fine. however,when we left the car everything was working, and when we picked it up, the passenger seat would not adjust. I called your business and the young lady told me to drop the car off and they would fix it. I think whoever cleaned the car accidently did something to the seat. It was very clean though. When we brought the car back, yes it would be fixed at $500 plus. Coincidence, I think not.

Everyone at Kevin **** auto were professional, and made each step in the process as simple as possible. I appreciate their willingness to take your calls and answer any questions or concerns you may have. The car looked amazing. Their were questions that were still being taken care of after the car left their business. I was impressed with the follow through. . They have an amazing crew. Special thanks to Donna and Jaron, they rise above, doing more costumer service than required.

Customer Service and the quality of work, along with the excellent job that was done cleaning the inside of the car was a great bonus. Have lived in the area a long time and was aware of Kevin Balls business, but never needed the services or gave much thought to it, I was very pleased and would recommend him to anyone needing repairs to their vehicle.
