It was great receiving texts messages about the progress. However, on Monday 23rd, in the AM, the message said the car was on schedule to be finished Oct. 4th. That afternoon I received another message saying it was finished. While it was nice to hear/read, I would have preferred a more realistic delivery date.

I had a great experience when I spoke with Jeff at drop off and pick up. When I called in at the end to check since I got a text msg and wanted to make sure all aspects were taken care of things got a little confusing when s has to speak with two other gentlemen. It would help if one person would be in charge of you’re case from beginning to end.
