Everyone I encountered was extremely friendly, courteous and beyond helpful. Considering why I was there, all went above and beyond normal customer service. I was updated almost daily on the progress of the repairs, and it was done on the exact day that they estimated it would be. I would not hesitate to recommend your business to others, but hopefully I will never see you again, lol. The car looks beautiful, you’d never know it was repaired. Thank you.

I met with Jeff when dropping my car off. He was so thorough with the entire process from start to finish, with continual updates throughout the 2 weeks it was being repaired. It was even done a day early. I would recommend 3D 100%!!

It was not done in a timely manner and I was not kept update, when I contacted them to find out what was going on I was given the same story that it was almost done, for a week straight. I asked them to call me if the time they gave me had changed and not once did they.

The only think I would say could have been better would be the timing issue. I was told my car would be ready on a Friday and it wasn’t ready until the following Tuesday.
