At the time of pick up, I noticed issues with both the quality of the paint work, along with issues with panel alignment/ fit. I brought these issues to attention, along with two chips to adjoining areas to those that were painted. One of the chips was on the leading edge of the rear driver side door. It was chipped down to bright clean metal, therefore had recently happened, most likely from someone entering/exiting the vehicle. The 3D rep had someone come out and dab paint on the chips, and assured me if I bring the vehicle back at my own convenience, he would be happy to have the fit and paint issues addressed at no charge. He told me he would make note of the concerns and plan to rectify

I was not told upfront that it could take a week to complete the work on my car. Once I knew, I was ok with it, but not happy. I received texts informing me of the status and Friday morning I received a text that my car was on track to be picked up at 5. I called when I was on my way & learned that my car was not ready. I was told it probably would be ready on Monday around noon. I heard nothing until I called around 2 on Monday to find out if I could pick it up. That's when I learned it was still not ready. I did not remove items from my car, but while it was at 3D someone there helped himself to several dollars worth of quarters. As far as the body work is concerned, it appears that 3D did a good job.
