Jeff was friendly and professional. Quality of repair work excellent. Estimate of time poor. Original estimate 4-5 business days. Then 6. Then each day following extended another day. Ultimate repair time 10 business days and over two weeks total. It would have been more helpful at 5 business days to have communication like “it’s going to take longer than we expected, another week” instead of every day “we’re on track for pickup tomorrow!” Only to be followed by daily delays.

I was orginally told when I scheduled my appointment to have my car repaired that it would probably be a week but if it was done sooner they would let me know. I took it in on a Friday for an 8:30 appointment but is wasn't looked at till Monday. I was then told that it would be two weeks (so a week more then what I was told at the time of scheduling). They did find another $600 in damage. The day before I was supposed to pick it up they closed early because of snow and it went from estimated being done on Friday to Tuesday. I did get it back today (Tuesday) and am happy with the way it looks. I just wish I was given a more accurate time frame since when I scheduled it I didn't ask for a rental since I figured I could work out a week of transportation. I was also given the excuse that the weather can delay them more than the amount of time they are off, but I recieved a text that my car was nearing completion that day. I just don't understand how if it was nearing completion it would take 2 additional days after it was promised when there was only a half a day that was missed.
