I’m very happy (so far) with the work that was done. I’m having it taken in for inspection, oil change, and body check by another shop. That being said, they came in almost a full week less than they said and as far as my eye can see they did a great job.

Every person that I had spoken to throughout the process was more than happy to assist and guide me. Whether it was the customer service over the phone or the desk people at the 3D Collision repair place in West Chester, the process was made super simple and easy! This was my first experience having been in some kind of accident so thanks to everyone they turned an unfortunate situation into a great learning experience!!
