Carstar did an absolutely amazing job on fixing my bumper. The car looks better then new and the customer service was 5 stars.

From my first visit, Missy and Beau provided exceptional customer service on the phone and via emails. I was continually informed on the progress of the repair. Missy worked with my insurance company, USAA, so I did not have to get involved with the repair ordering and payment processes. The actual repair was outstanding except for one small deficiency which resulted in several very small but noticeable bubbles in the clear PPF on the bumper. Beau ensured I understood the warranty details concerning not only on the whole repair but also the correction of the bumper clear PPF. Wonderful company with wonderful results. I highly recommend CarStar for exceptional car repairs and I would certainly leave my car in their hands without hesitation.

You guys were awesome! Missy is a true pro -thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. Epitome of what I would want as far as customer service - next to the picture of "first class customer service" in the dictionary should be a picture of Missy.
