I think that the service sacked very badly. You guys have me back a vehicle that was not fixed properly. Then tried to make me seem like the grinding noise I heard was actually a rubbing noise. Like what the hell is the difference. The car was making a noise. Also the staff was very poor handling my customer service needs. Also tried to blame another shop that you guys sent my vehicle to for alignment when bottom line is that I brought the car to you guys to fix. Very bad experience.

I was told that you all could match my paint, but you did not. And, if you would have told me that my bumper would end up a dark purple and the rest of my car navy blue I wouldn't have given you all my business and/or let you paint my car at all. So, I was mislead and now I am going to sue you for your work that wasn't to my liking.

Amanda is truly an asset to your business. She provided me a knowledgeable and compassionate experience. I had my car less than two weeks when it was hit and needed repairs. I had challenges with the responsible party's insurance and needless to say that this was an emotional time for me. The email updates kept me engaged and if i had an additional question I called and spoke to Michelle who helped me move the process along efficiently and knew when it was best to talk to Amanda. Amanda did a walk around with me to talk about the repair and made sure all of my questions were answered. I truly hope that you will commend and reward Michelle and especially Amanda for excellence in service that is considerate and compassionate. When I received my car back I noticed that my shift lock
cover was missing. I didn't remove as I would have no reason to do so. I called my service advisor Sarah and expressed my concern that it was missing she said she would get back to me but I have not received a response back from her. It may seem like a small matter to some but I feel that when you take your car in to get service that it would be returned to you without anything missing.

A damaged part was installed. I was the one who noticed it. I was told I could stop in any time to have it replaced. I live 40 minutes away. This is not convenient. When I was in the area and wanted to come in, I could not because staffing was down. It is frustrating that this is happening. I will be taking my car for servicing at Lexus of Towson this month. Can it be installed there at the same time?

Car was damaged in parking lot even though it was repaired , transferred to with lots of mark on windshield I had to take razor and clean for few hours plus it sounded in first discussion it was damaged before I had to make calls to State Farm and get the picture s to show them there was no.
