I had to call too many times to get updates about the statues of my car. One time I was told by Chip that he had to find my car. I also asked for an estimate for some non related damages to my car since it was already there and didn't receive and estimate after being today I would get a call back in an hour. I would never bring my cat back for service.

I see the dent on 2nd door on the driver side, I assume that you felt that it was not to be done , I don’t know what made them not do that, I’m pretty much sure that they saw it

I did not receive many updates re: the status of my repairs and my car had been in the shop for 6 weeks. I heard from our rep at Lexus collision once possibly twice and this was only after I initiated the calls and left messages for him to return my calls. I picked up my car on Monday, 6/4/18 and discovered that my automatic lights do not work. Now the car has to go back to the shop which is an ****.5 hours from our home to get repaired. No loaner car was offered because apparently loaners are only offered by the service dept. I feel that after having my car in the shop for 6 weeks that everything should have been checked so that the car was fully operational when I picked it up. I chose the Lexus collision shop because I wanted my car to be fixed by someone experienced with Lexus cars but I truly wish that I had chosen another shop for my repairs which totaled more than $16,000. The only pleasant thing that I can say is that Darla was fantastic from beginning to end and was always helpful and polite.

The repair I was satisfied with, however, my car was filthy when I picked it up. The inside of my trunk was dusty and dirty, the car was dirty, and I specifically asked, do y'all wash the customers car after the repairs are done? I was told by the the Secretary they do outside but not inside. The repairs that was done on the car was outstanding.

Len Stoler team did an awesome job putting my Hyundai back together, I am so happy to have my car back and looking amazing. Special shout out to Sara in the collision department!!!! She was super helpful and made the process so smooth and easy. All I did was dropped the car off , got step by step txt alerts on the progress, and that final txt and call that she was all done. Thanks so muchSara, you’re definitely appreciated by me!

I was completely satisfied with Darla's service, the cleanliness of my car, and the repairs. My car was promised to be ready on May 4th. I received new promise dates every 2-3 days after I followed up to check on the status. I was told the car was in assembly and would be ready the next day twice. My car repairs weren't completed until May 14th,10 days after the initial promise date. I understand things come up which affect the completion of repairs. It would have been better if Len Stoler kept me informed rather than wait for me to inquire after the status.

The staff did a great job being available and keeping in touch about the status of my vehicle. The overall work on the car was great and I appreciate that they gave me a hand car wash too. Overall, great service.

I had to send the car back TWICE to fix items that were either shabbily done or never done. Obviously, no one checks the work of your staff before the car is returned. I left 2 voicemails requesting a callback from John which were never returned.The only way I found out my car was ready is I CALLED HIM (John)! My car was returned with a very low right front tire.

Communication is lacking and when i got my car back, it was so dirty and dusty on the inside. I have allergies to dust and mold and my reaction to this wasn’t good. This should have been included in the service. This was an eye opening mimrnt for me about lexus.
