Only issue I have is there was resin left on the hood of my car the grill of my car and the door of my car and a little ding or Nick from another door hitting my car. But the repair to the rear of my bumper was excellent and John was very patient and understanding and explaining things to me as it was unfolding to get my vehicle back to me as soon as possible. But they were the only Dissatisfying thing that I noticed. I hope this can be corrected.

I will never bring my vehicle back there again. Chip was the worse service coordinator that I ever experienced at a Lexus dealer. I should have taken my vehicle a different body shop. I received an alignment, Chip neglected to tell me the cost prior to having the service performed. My car was returned to me dirty. The driver side seatbelt was off track, my trunk basket was removed, my rugs were scattered, my passenger side visor was pulled apart. My issues may seem minor to you but they are completely unacceptable to me. I had surgery on August 14, 2018 is only reason why I didn’t raise total hell. I didn’t want aggravation to cause me to have a set back.

My car was returned to me after over 35 days and not only was it filthy, it smelled horrible. The smell was so unbearable I couldn’t drive it. I contacted you and was told they were aware of the smell, yet they gave it to me anyway. Upon further inspection the carpets were saturated. I have no idea how long they were wet, what caused them to be wet and if there’s any lasting damage. You all came and picked up the car on Monday 8-13-18, and said I had to wait to possibly get put in a vehicle until my car was finished. I had to find a ride out there to be put in a Ford Fusion when I drive a Lexus. You’ve had my car since around 11 yesterday, all day today and I have no idea what’s going on. There’s no way my car should’ve been returned in that condition. It’s completely unacceptable and I’m beyond dissatisfied.

I originally dropped off my vehicle on May 14, 2018. I was finally able to pick up my vehicle today, which is more than 2 months from when I dropped it off. The excessive amount of time was not due to the extent of the damage and difficulty of the repair, but rather the complete lack of oversight and poor repair practices. Over these past 2 months I was repeatedly informed that all vehicle repairs were complete, only to find the vehicle was still in a state of significant disrepair. Simple issues, which could have been identified and handled via a simple test drive, inspections, and proper documentation. Unfortunately I experienced disappointment with each repeat visit and no one was willing to take responsibility for my vehicle or my wasted time. This included every individual starting from the receptionist, to the service rep, to the technicians, and especially management. I felt ignored and belittled. My time effectively was worth little to nothing for them. And 5 attempts to retrieve a vehicle, several times for the same safety issue, was not of any significance to them. I came to this shop because it was recommended to me by Len Stoller Lexus. I can say with great confidence that, if this is what I can expect for customer service, I will not be returning to any dealerships or service centers associated with the Len Stoller name. This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had to endure.

First of all, Sarah Bradley did a five star job with her accessibility, attitude and communication. The body shop did not do so well. When I picked up the car I noticed a noise when I went over bumps and vibration and pulling to the same side as the repair when traveling at speeds above 40 miles an hour. Sarah convinced the service manager, Bill Mortimer, at the Towson location to look at and ultimately make the final repairs. That said, all‘s well that ends well. Thank you!

the communication with Len Stoler collision department was nothing les than 5 star service. I have to say that was do to Sarah Bradley. she communicated everything that was being done to my car. she was such a pleasant, patient and very kind individual. sometimes I felt like I was being a annoying, but every time I spoke with Sarah, it just changed my outlook. this was the 2nd time I had to bring my car to Len Stoler for repairs do to a collision. both times I worked with Sarah. she is the best as far as I am concerned. She treated my 2013 Hyundai like it was a Rolls Royce. this will not be my last time dealing with Len Stoler....thanks to Sarah Bradley...you can bank on that!

Well my car door still doesn’t close correctly. More force has to be used for it to close flush. Also there was some buffing that had to be done to the paint job. On the other hand, your staff was wonderful.
