Overall, the repair work was good. The cargo door closes and locks, but it does 'clunk' noticeably when it opens and closes, which it didn't before the damage. The interior of the car was not clean after the work -- clear signs of residue in the cargo area (a veneer of **** dust) and the back seat (dirt marks on the seats where it looks like perhaps the damaged bumper was stowed during the repair process). All of this was easily cleaned, but it was annoying to have to deal with.

I was kept up to date by text and phone on the status of my car. When I requested that a couple of issues be addressed, they were both taken care of promptly. The quality of the work is excellent and my car looks like new. The staff seeks to provide a smooth and easy experience from start to finish, which means a lot when your car is badly damaged.
