The work done meet my expectation and I have used 3D in the past. The situation I have now is better dealt with Hyundai directly. It was my fault not to go to Hyundai in the beginning.

Professional. The text updates were daily and detailed. Work was quality and I feel reasonable. The rental car assistance in terms of contacting them and allowing car drop off and pick up at the center was very helpful.

The collision center was efficient and kept me updated via text. If there was any problem or delay they called me directly to ensure I was aware and give me a new updated estimate in repair completion. Work was done well. And all additional needed work was submitted in a timely fashion to USAA. I only had to worry about my deductible.

Everything went very smoothly, especially with communication. The only thing I'd recommend is working more closely with clients to reduce or eliminate the deductible. I have worked with other reputable organizations on my deductible and we worked something out. On inquiry at 3D, however, I was told summararily that, "......we don't do that...." Folks, remember, this is the United States of America ????????, anything is possible. You may be losing some customers because of lack of financial creativity.

From the beginning 3D Collision Center and it’s people working on my car have done a great job. Even though often the needed parts for my foreign sports car were difficult to find, they persisted until they were successful.
