The 1st time I stopped at 3D Collision was at 6am, on my way into work. I know my busy work schedule would make a difficult for me to get there during “normal” business hours. So, I thought I’d give it a shot. When I got there, the only person there was a woman, standing outside feeding some stray cats. On the downlow, I feed my cats at work (we’re not supposed to, the cats are considered a nuisance) I found out that there were no other employees on site yet. So, I called the shop later the next day, to see if they’d be there on my way home. They scheduled me in. Phill, not sure what his title is, IS very on top of his game. He coordinated everything for me. From communicating with my insurance company, to making sure the car rental company would meet me at the body shop. On spot! I have a very full schedule and was having deal with the hassle of this repair that I had no part in creating. The shop itself was clean, roomy, thoughtfully laid out, there were several areas to wait. They had snacks, cold beverages. I came in, was waited on promptly seen. He knew why I was there and had everything ready. I was communicated with throughout the process, they let me know when my car was completed, I was the last customer of the day, I was met with a smile when I got there, left my rental, and was on my way. The receipt I received reminded of a school report I would have handed in as a grade school kid. And would have gotten an “A”. Well done 3D Auto Body. I hope I have to never see you guys again, but if I do I’m happy to know you’ll be there! Thanks!

I was pleasantly surprised when the estimated time for fixing my car had passed that your business offered me the use of a rental car while repairs continued.
