Front bumper was improperly mounted. Left top clip was maligned and even after properly aligning clip, left gap is unusually large. Already scheduled appointment to have bumper inspected by dealership.

The communication started pretty Rocky. Cameron did try his best to recover for the bad start. We worked through some tough spots on estimate and got the car fixed. He did a good job but left one small area next to bumper dinged up - could’ve easily been buffed out. Small things matter. So for that I say no. Not 100% satisfied. Shannon was great

Cameron and Shannon were outstanding. Very thorough and professional. I am a fanatic about customer experience. On a scale of ****-10, 3D is a 1000. It’s never fun dealing with body repairs. Mostly because insurance companies try to deliver as little as possible. The team at 3D picks up the slack and over delivers. It a joy!!
