The repairs was handled quickly, professionally and with care. I loved the text updates and that the car rental company worked with CSM directly. I would definitely recommend CSM to anyone looking for excellent and honest repair work

First, if every business would take care of people the way Lisa and her team do, there would immediately be World Peace. Moments after choosing Carstar Murray's Collision, Lisa called me to share information, and a bit of her calm and reassuring demeanor, which helped me relax, and know I was in good hands. Upon arrival, Lisa came out to greet us, and took care of everything, from my Tow Truck driver, to my car, and me, it was a smooth and easy transition. From there, the Team was calm, professional and compassionate in each step of the process, including setting up payment for the tow, a comfortable place for me to sit and wait, and the rental car pick up. This, is Customer Service, and this team is the best. Please use your team to train everyone in Customer Service, how it's done.

Although my car was totaled and not repaired, the people were very friendly, and knowledgeable. They explained the process to me, answered or returned calls promptly and worked with my insurance company so it was a stress-free experience- or as stress- free as it could have been. I would definitely recommend them
