I was happy with the repairs and communication throughout the process. The dropoff and pickup (including coordination with Enterprise for car rental) also went smoothly. However, I was consistently frustrated by the shop's efforts to keep the car charged. I had to call three separate times throughout the repair to ensure my car was charged before dropping to zero. One one occasion the car dropped to ****% before I was able to get someone to help. I understand that you have a lot of cars and limited charging capacity, but keeping the car charged is part of the deal. If you cannot support additional cars then please don't admit them into the shop. I already waited 3 months, I'd rather wait 3 more if it meant I could trust the shop to keep my car charged.

Car Star did a good job keeping on schedule and a very good job keeping me updated. Car looked great when I picked it up. The only concern I had was it wasn’t as charged up as I had hoped. I had a long drive to get home. I made it without any issues, but I was down to about 20% when I got home. If I had to make any detours it would’ve been an issue. I was told they would keep the car charged but it didn’t seem like it. I try to not discharge the battery below 20% to ensure its longevity. There is a plastic/paint smell in the car but I suppose that’s hard to avoid. Other than that I’m very happy with their work. Thanks.

Really great customer service. I like how you handle all of the insurance components so all I have to do is drop off the car and then pick it up. Nice job.

The car looked brand new after the repairs. Service was excellent. I was updated on a regular and timely basis. In person service was friendly and professional.
