We brought our truck to Murray’s Carstar again! You lived up to and beyond our expectations! Which were high! Our truck was filthy from a month in the Canadian countryside! Rural roads and storms! When we got it back it had been detailed like a new rig! You had painted it beautifully and Brian thanks for going the extra mile to order our windshield. My insurance company insisted on myself going to another bodyshop to have my work done - I told my insurance company I wanted you guys to do the work as I knew what work you guys do. Words cannot express the thanks & relief I feel getting my truck back like it’s just come off the assembly line! Sending lots of happiness & hugs to everyone at Murray’s Carstar great job !

Thank you so much to Lisa and the family team that worked on my car. I couldn’t be more pleased with the repair and most of all the customer service. Not only was I updated the appropriate amount of times, Lisa always responded to my questions within a few hours which is unheard of these days. I am driving away knowing I got the best repair for what I know to be a difficult car to find parts for. I feel that your team is knowledgeable, friendly and I felt completely welcomed when I was there. Lisa helped me navigate with my Allstate claim, rental car and (sorry forgot name :) the brother estimator came out and explained everything in such clear detail I felt very comfortable leaving my car with you guys. Lisa made me laugh about silly family business stories that were happening in the shop because she knew I was going through a hard time with my own family and I thank you so much for that. I can’t give a better...somehow turning into an emotional review, of what an epic experience I had with Carstar. I’ve never been in an accident and now I can feel comfortable knowing if it were to ever happen again, I will be totally taken care of. Thanks everyone!! I’ll try to avoid the deer out here on Vashon but I swear it hit me!

The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. My car was done way ahead of schedule and they even stayed late to allow me to pick up my vehicle.

I was given attention all through. I recieved updates very timely. I felt very inclusive. Explanation of facts were frank. I did not have to swim in the waters to get there. I will recommend them totally to anyone and will choose them anytime.
