The team did a great job on my repair and handled any insurance documentation. The mechanic was knowledgeable about my car in particular and did a good job aligning all the new parts with the old. New paint was blended such that I couldn’t see what had it had not been painted. All staff were very friendly and eager to help any way they could to make the whole experience the best it could be. I wish the handled interior and or glass replacement in house as well, as I’d be back with my other car. I highly recommend Murray’s CARSTAR Collision!

Everything looks awesome but when I got inside my car there were shoe and handprints everywhere as if no protection for the seats and floor was used when operating the vehicle after the work was done.

Loved your front desk staff and how diligent they were with text updates. The were also fantastic and helpful in guiding me when we had issues with our car rental so thank you for that as well. When we picked up our car we appreciated having an opportunity to speak with the person who was working on the car and hearing him explain his concerns and how he addressed them. My family could not be more thankful to you and your staff for taking such care and thought when repairing our vehicle. Love that you guys are family owned and run— felt total trust and confidence in you all— and that says a lot!

Lisa was very personable and informative. This is one of the reasons why I returned to get an estimate.
