Not sure if my message was delivered. I wanted to let Carstar Murray's know that our 3 day grace period for car pick up was not the full 3 days, per your policy. We had to scramble to return early and the day we were contacted at 3:38 on Monday the 24th was considered one of the 3 days, so we did not get our full 3 days. For future customers, please consider the contact day not part of the 3 days. I realize you have limited storage but having to change our plans abruptly was very inconvenient. ALSO, our brakes now require a more intentional push to slow/stop the car. Is there perhaps something that got set differently? Please call me regarding the braking issue, ****-****-xxxx

The experience leading up to the repair, as well as the time that my car was in the shop, i felt well taken care of and comfortable with the status of things. I was able to check on the status at any time, and I also felt (mostly) well informed. There were some slips in the process near the end, when the team at Carstar unfortunately lost a member and a lot of things got dropped, such as new charges and the car not really being ready to be picked up. But those are understandable considering the circumstances.

The repair job was well done, which we expected, but we really appreciated the great communication with us before but especially during the repair work.
