I am very pleased with the service I received at Bill Penny Body Shop. They did a first rate paint job on my truck. I think I have the best looking 2005 Toyota Tacoma in existence. My hats off to Darryl, Randy, Becky and especially to the man who prepped and painted my truck. I would only have all my body work done at Bill Penny's. Only question I would have is about a military discount on parts.

It took them 6 weeks for them to fix my car. No communication from BillvPenney. I had to always call them for the Status of my vehicle. I will never go back again. I was without a rental car Very inconvenient for me. They had no Concern for me.

Excellent work, professional staff. Hope I never need collision repairs again, but I'll take my truck to BPT if I do.

I just wished you call to let us know the day before the car is ready to be picked up so can plan for picking it up ! We got a call at 2:30 in the afternoon to pick up our car that same afternoon. No prior notice- we had. a car rental that had to be returned as well the same time or our insurance would charge us if we I didn’t return it once we came to pick up our car since we had mental insurance it just didn’t give us much time to plan that afternoon plus we live an hour away and GUNTERSVILLE. So that’s my complaint about that to let the customer know at least 24 hours in advance not that late that same day when we need to pick up the car thank you
