Extremely happy about how quick it was done,and done right

Thanks a lot for restoring my Honda.

I picked the car up for my wife. She noticed something that I didn't see when I picked it up. On the passenger side where the bumper connects to the fender is very loose. We are leaving town in one hour will be back late Monday. I will come in on Tuesday.

My car looks great. Justin was professional and very nice.

I had some very minor damage to my driver side inner door handle. I already spoke with someone and theybsaid thwy will make it right. I will be xompletely satisfied after that! Other than that, excellent service!!

Eagle was recommended by my insurance Co., and because of that I was very hesitant, having had poor body shop experiences in the past, and since my Van was only 2 months old, I was tempted to go to the local dealership. But I went down first to talk to the staff, aired my questions & concerns and ended up deciding to give them a chance. From the time I dropped my Van until I picked it up, my experience was outstanding, like nothing I’d previously experienced in my body shop past. They ran a business like a digest person would: great communication in person, Cell & Text - providing frequent updates & status, didn’t rush me when I came to get the finished product - waiting patiently while I checked all the work thoroughly - answering questions, never making me feel hurried or pressured. Bottom line, they delivered on everything they said made them different from dealerships and other body shops. I can honestly give them an A+, which I rarely give. They claimed great Staff, great Communication, great Workmanship, a great Finished Product and a great Experience - and they delivered on all of it. I won’t go anywhere else if needs arise in the future.
