The text messages were very nice but I wish I would have received a personal phone call from a person immediately when it was known that my car repair would be delayed several days. I have to make plans based on what I know of my car. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly and the work was magnificent but that final touch would have helped

Really loved the updates on where everything was with my car as it was going through repairs. The personnel were very friendly when I called and was able to answer any additional questions I had. Customer service and finished product were both excellent. Even though C & R is about two and a half hours away from where I live, I would definitely use them again if I needed additional work done to my vehicle.
