Overall I was satisfied. The wheel cover/cap was not replaced, however it was left in the rear of my truck, so I will replace it. That is something I thought should have been done by your personnel. Otherwise I am pleased .

Such a great experience. After getting rear ended in my first brand new car 2 weeks after I bought it, by a guy with no insurance of course, Mike took care of everything. When I brought my car in for the repair, turnaround was one day...outsanding!
