C& R Collision did an outstanding job of representing USAA. The customer service was excellent from the scheduler to the appraiser (Carl, I think) and the actual body work was above and beyond my expectations. I was originally going to just have the appraisal and use a closer USAA shop to my house but after experiencing the level of professionalism and royal treatment I received at my appraisal appt.
