Although we had to wait quite a while to get our car back, Joel did tell us they were backed up and they would repair our car as qiuckly as possible, it was worth the wait. The car looks great, job well done !!

I have used Wreck A Mend in the past so was used to someone coming out with me to inspect the car after the repair was completed. I had to mention this to Joel who finally did this. I also am not sure why a car wasn't reserved for me prior to my bringing the car to Wreck a Mend. I arrived at Enterprise and they knew nothing about a rental for me.

I was surprised and delighted to find the interior of the car cleaned , as I had not found a dry day to clean the winter muck from my floorboards!
That you have coordinated with the car rental since I last used your services, is a huge convenience! I also appreciate you communicate progress and reasons for delay in proactive notices through email.

They should take their time installing painted parts on a car so my car didnt need to be brought back for repairs that should not have happened . yes yous stand behind your work but it is a inconvenience to and cost the body shop more money less profits
