Overall, there was a lack of communication during the process of getting my truck fixed. I believe I requested to get updates on the status of my car and that didn't happen. The only time I got updates is when I called and the information I was given wasn't always true. It took a long time to get my truck fixed and when I would call to check the status I would get unfufilled due dates and I would request for someone to return my call and wouldn't get a call back. During the last 2 weeks is really when I began to loose patience. Then when I arrived to pick up my truck, a piece of the door panel wasn't glued on properly. I then had to wait again for them to finish that. I process of getting the truck finished was just too long.

I think you need to have better communication with enterprise rental car upstairs so that when I change my vehicle drop-off date, you inform enterprise rental car that the date was changed so I can get the rental car that was reserved at the time of original appointment setting

Harry's got my car fixed up in no time.. It was ready to pick up two days before the estimated completion date. My car looks and drives amazing, especially considering how quick they got it done. They texted me updates every step of the way, which I really appreciated, and were always easy to communicate with. Thanks Harry's Collision Center!

Repair took 2 more weeks than expected. Date was extended numerous times, with little notice given. This caused me to have to pay for 6 additional days of car rental. I have to bring the car back in to have 2 poorly installed pieces re-fixed. The car badging on the passenger side is incorrect and doesn't match the driver's side. This is my third visit to Harry's, and I have sent friends there in the past and always been happy. However, this trip was extremely disappointing, and I'll likely end up sharing this with GEICO.
