I appreciated Justin's responsiveness whether he was the bearer of bad news (few day delay in receiving an estimate as the car was not disassembled right away) or good news (repairs were completed on the day we were told they would be). I couldn't be happier with how my car looks.
Harry's went above and beyond their call of duty by polishing up scratches on my trunk door that were not even a part of the repairs to be made. Thank you, Harry's!

No need to contact me. I was happy with the experience, but it took **** month to get my car back and I kept getting emails that it was ready when it wasn't. And then when it finally was ready, I got a call from the car rental rep saying I might have to pay an extra day, blah blah blah.
My experience would've been better if the email update system was accurate, and if the completion date had been more clearly communicated.

Now that the car has been returned to me, I'm much more satisfied with the outcome than I was during the process. In the beginning, it was cool and refreshing to receive bi-weekly updates regarding the status of the repairs (est. 4-6 weeks). However, after multiple setbacks, which to a degree are to be expected, and complete lack of communication and the appearance of no progress being made in the last few weeks made the process frustrating.
I felt I was being paid lip service after the 3rd delay, and the explanations given to me did not match up with the actual repair status of the vehicle, which I experienced first hand after an impromptu visit.
With all that being said, I believe I can say I am glad I chose this repair shop because I believe the work is top notch, and it shows with the lifetime warranty that Harry's stands behind their work. If I were to refer to anyone else, it would come with a disclaimer of timeliness. Patience is key. My vehicle was at the shop for close to 8 weeks, which the bi-weekly updates did not clearly communicate. A big gripe I have with the communication is that on each Tuesday the repairs were always on schedule. Then miraculously on Friday it was pushed out a week. This made planning for alternate transportation very difficult. Renting a car for 2 days seemed unnecessary at the time, given the estimated time schedule. But then a last minute delay of a week turns that into a 7 day rental.

The back part of the tire-well panel that was fixed is falling down. There also appears to be some white paint splattered over that area (I have a black car). I also noticed a yellow mark on the upper driver-side panel of my car that was not there before I took it in! -This is all in ADDITION to the tire-sensor that wasn't fixed and the car's undercarriage shield that is now completely missing! Linda is great and helping me with the tire-sensor + undercarriage shield. However, the issues first mentioned are new (post-accident) and have not been addressed yet. I look forward to your follow up!
