Harry's has a reputation of being one of the best auto body places in Los Angeles; However, I am not happy with the repair on my Uncle's car. I waited patiently for the vehicle repairs to be completed, appreciated the email updates, and planned retrieval of the vehicle based on Harry's Autobody's completion date. When I picked up my Uncle's vehicle, I was looking forward to returning it to him in better condition than when I borrowed his car, especially since I am the person responsible for originally damaging the car. Anyhow, the paint was immaculate, and I'm happy with that aspect, but brackets for the bumper are missing, causing instability in the bumper. I was instructed by Harry's Autobody to return on Monday (two days from now) for completion of the repairs. I'm upset because I paid the 500.00 deductible, the car is not ready, and if I didn't notice the flaws in the repair, the problem would have not been resolved. I feel slighted because the body shop did not pay attention to detail. This result is completely unacceptable. Now I have to take an additional day off of work to remedy this unfortunate situation, costing me valuable time and money. I am not happy by any means.
