Dean Wolf kept me updated and informed with the repairs of my vehicle. I was very happy with the services provided. I noticed the work enviroment is very fast paced and professional. I was extra happy when I realized my vehicle had been cleaned inside and out, especially since I had returned from dusty Mexico. I have never been to a auto shop that is associated with AAA but I'm thinking they probably only associate with companies that are like Harry's. Thank you -Sonia

Ken is the man he made sure I was well taken care of. The girls at the desk don't do anything wrong but they could be friendly and appear engaged! They have a hold up wait I will see attitude opposed to have a seat let me take care of you attitude. Thank god for ken! He knows what customer service is all about. I have been coming to Harry for along time!

Staff was very friendly. I received my car back in a timely manner (as promised). Made it even better when I found out the Enterprise was right above on the 2nd floor. Will definitely recommend to all my friends/ family

Everyone,front the valet who parked my car when I first arrived, to the receptionist, Brenda, Jose Guzman and the car rental department were highly professional, caring and helpful. This is the 2ND time I have used Harry's and I will use them again even if I don't go through my insurance. I am very satisfied with the work that was done on my car. Thank you so much!

After arriving for my 8:20 am appointment to be told the Geico representative was not there. I have to be at work by 9 am, so, this was annoying. I was told to wait and finally checked in by Marvin who was very nice; but I still would have liked to meet the adjuster /find out what was to be done on the car. Fine, I drive away in a rental and ask to be kept in the loop. I received a call on Friday night at 7:30 pm from the adjuster saying the had checked in the car. The following week i received numerous text messages and emails (never a phone call) saying conflicting things. Congrats, your car is 64% finished. Another saying more time/days will be needed. Another saying my car will be ready by 5 pm, another that it will be ready 5 pm the following day. I finally get a phone call from Marvin saying my car should be ready by 5 pm. I never heard from anyone but received an email after 6 stating it would be ready the following day. When i finally went to pick it up at 8:15 am on 4/30, the car was not ready, there was still work to be done, I still had not met the adjuster and now my car drives weird. I will not be using Harry's Auto again after several years of business.
