So far, it appears that my car is in excellent shape. I am impressed with its drivability- no pulling on the drivers wheel, and it drives very nicely. The only thing that was difficult was the amount of time it took to get the work done. Other than that, I am most impressed.

This is my second time working with you guys and the only reason I came back was due to Kenneth and his amazing customer service. The insurance company paying for repair was extremly challenging and Kenneth was patient and dilligently worked with them to get everything taken care of.
He also responded within a timely manner when I had questions and always followed up with phone calls when necessary. I plan on bringing in another vehicle of mine because of how well he manages the timing and execution of service. He is personable, professional, and an overall asset to the team.

While the job that Harry's did was excellent I am very upset with the insurance company did not cover the full damages and I will be fighting that fact.

In March, my car was in an accident. Allstate was the insurer. David was my advocate. For most of the 7 weeks that it took to repair the car, David was on top of the situation. However, (a month) after my car was returned to me - in perfect condition (thank you, very much!) I discovered that the panel covering the GPS system would not open. Clearly, this was a result of the accident because until that time, I had never had a problem. Unfortunately, it seems, the panel was never examined before the car was released. However, after I retrieved the car, for a month, I never had any need to use the GPS. I called David and he said that he would contact Allstate and they would contact me. The following week, I contacted David and he said that he would contact Allstate and they would contact me. The following week, I contacted David and said that I would appreciate his taking care of this problem. I brought my car in last Saturday because I was going to be out of town until today (Thursday). Therefore, I hoped that the repair could be done without my having to rent a car. However, when I called on Wednesday to find out the status of the car, nothing had been done and in fact, the Allstate inspector was just examining the car. Needless to say, I was furious about the waste of time that this is taking. Jonathon, (who is subbing for David, who is on vacation), has been terrific to work with and today, he issued a Harry's "loaner" car. I guess that I'll be driving this not-so-attractive vehicle until my car is finally completed. Again, until this last episode, I was pleased with your company. These last few weeks has made me a bit disgruntled.
